***LearnSmart/Smartbook Loading Issue***
LearnSmart/SmartBook users may be experiencing loading issues. This can be resolved by clearing your internet browser cache and then restarting your browser (see instructions below).
In most browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac) within the internet browser.
Mac Safari Users - Open Safari, Preferences, Privacy - Remove All Website Data clears the cache, and Bookmarks, Clear History removes the history.
We recommend users on Mac Safari browser version 9.0.3 experiencing slowness/freezing issues in Smartbook assignments to use an alternate browser.
