***New Platform Status Center***

To check the status of your application refer to our Platform Status Center on the left.

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, support hours of operation for US and Canada will be adjusted to the following:

  • Sunday, July 3rd: 11am to 11pm CDT
  • Monday, July 4th: CLOSED

We will resume normal hours at 7am CDT on Tuesday, July 5th.

Hours of operation for Asia, Australia, and the UK will not be affected.

SIMnet Loading Issue - 6/27 - RESOLVED

On 6/27 between 8:05 AM – 8:35 PM EDT,  customers experienced issues accessing SIMnet. Users were either receiving a maintenance message or a blank/white page.

Note: There is a remaining issue with displaying some icons and fonts in the student portal. It doesn't directly impact functionality or ability to take assignments, but we will update this message when resolved.
