Support Center Announcement
In observance of the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, the hours of operation for technical support for US & Canada will be adjusted to the following:
Sunday, May 29th: 11am to 11pm CDT
Monday, May 30th: 8am to 11pm CDT
Hours of operation for Asia, Australia, and the UK will remain open.
***LearnSmart/Smartbook Loading Issue***
Students may encounter an error when accessing their Learnsmart / Smartbook assignment. The error is: "Sorry! It looks like you can't open this product either because you are offline or because you don't have access to this product.” The error typically occurs using the Google Chrome browser. If you encounter the error, please contact Customer Experience Group at 800-331-5094 for assistance. In the meantime, Firefox can be used as a work around. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are still unable to load your Learnmart/Smartbook assignment, it may be resolved by clearing your internet browser cache and then restarting your browser (see instructions below).
In most browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac) within the internet browser.
Mac Safari Users - Open Safari, Preferences, Privacy - Remove All Website Data clears the cache, and Bookmarks, Clear History removes the history.
